We had a visit from the donkey sanctuary.

Our tadpoles are growing !

The children have been observing the development of the tadpoles very closely this week, and recording what they see. We will be keeping the tadpoles until after the Easter holidays so that the children can observe their change into froglets. We'll return them back to the school pond at that stage as they will need live food then.

Flubber Fun.

Flubber was fascinating to make. It changed dramatically as each ingredient was added. perfect for our 'comparisons' topic. It was a very new tactile experience for everyone !

FINGER GYM

We are carrying on with activities that strengthen children's fingers. This is to help children that are developing good pencil grips and it will help with their writing skills. Look at some of the ideas, they can be good fun at home too!
